Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to support our dynamic and international team. This fully remote role requires strong organizational, research, and project management skills to ensure seamless execution of our projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
Coordinate and respond to correspondence with program participants via various channels.
Conduct research on a variety of topics for program planning and implementation.
Organize and maintain documentation, databases, and project files.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications across time zones.
Support the team with logistics, including client and partner outreach.
Assist in social media and content coordination as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in research and data compilation.
Willingness to speak to program participants.
Project management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, etc.).
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
Passion for innovation, emerging trends, and international collaboration.
University educated.
Bi-lingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
