Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing student to help promote an upcoming event on campus! As a Campus Event Marketing & Promotions Assistant, you will play a key role in spreading the word, engaging students, and ensuring maximum attendance. This role is perfect for someone who is social, creative, and passionate about marketing and event promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote the event through social media, word of mouth, and student networks.

  • Distribute flyers, posters, and other promotional materials around campus.

  • Engage with students and organizations to build excitement and awareness.

  • Leverage personal and university-related social media platforms to share event details.

  • Collect student feedback and report insights on engagement strategies.

  • Support event setup and coordination as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Current student in the regions listed above.

  • Outgoing, social, and comfortable approaching new people.

  • Strong communication and networking skills.

  • Active on social media with a good understanding of digital promotion.

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

  • Prior experience in marketing, promotions, or event planning is a plus but not required.
