The Challenge: like all corporations today, MARS is facing the challenges of a changing demographic. Millennials make up 58% of their global workforce and a meaningful percent of their desired customers.
The Solution: Mars recognized the value of proactively connecting directly with the global Millennial workforce. Intl Connector ran an interactive pulse to gain raw and unfiltered insights from Millennials about their perceptions of and attraction to working at MARS. Director recordings of each participant were woven together in a video that was delivered to the internal team displaying common themes from Millennials in over 20+ countries throughout Middle East/Australasia/ Africa.
The Results: Mars is now armed with new insights and our Millennial expertise, on how Millennials see their business and what they want to work there. The team was introduced to a fresh perspective to experience a new way of thinking and working beyond their day to day corporate structure.
